Superfeet fanatic, Richard Bowles, is running The Bicentennial National Trail (BNT) a 5330km trail from Vic to QLD Australia

The Bicentennial National Trail (BNT), is the longest marked multi-use trail in the world, stretching 5,330 kilometers from Cooktown, far north Queensland through New South Wales to Healesville, 60 km north-east of Melbourne. 

This trail runs the length of the rugged Great Dividing Range through national parks, over mountains, through valleys, rain forest and deserts in remote wilderness areas. 

Not many have completed the trail in its entirety, yet alone run it.............until now!
